In all disputes arising out of or relating to the sale or use of any equipment posted to a DSS, LLC Used Equipment Listing, the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in the country in which the party selling the equipment resides.

Survival. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision that closely resembles the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
